Changes Medicaid fraud reporting rewards from the Legal Affairs Revolving Trust Fund to the Operating Trust Fund.

Updates obsolete dates in consumer protection statutes from 2006 to July 1, 2013 for standards of unfairness and deception.

Modifies manufacturer dispute-settlement procedure certification requirements, including notice provisions for renewal applications and when manufacturers cease operations.

Changes section 760.34 to authorize (rather than require) the Attorney General to bring discriminatory housing practice actions at the request of an aggrieved person, effective July 1, 2013.
