Ratifies Rule 69L-7.020, Florida Administrative Code, entitled "Florida Workers' Compensation Health Care Provider Reimbursement Manual" to satisfy effectiveness conditions under section 120.541(3), Florida Statutes.

Rule 69L-7.020 incorporates by reference materials providing reimbursement policies, codes, and maximum reimbursement allowances for medical services and suppliers under the Workers' Compensation Law.

Act serves solely for ratification purposes and shall not be codified in Florida Statutes; enactment and effective dates shall be noted in the Florida Administrative Code or Register.

Does not alter existing rulemaking authority, constitute legislative preemption, cure rulemaking defects, or preempt legal challenges based on lack of authority or violation of adoption requirements.

Effective upon becoming law.
