Creates the Behavioral Health Intervention and Treatment Trust Fund within the Department of Children and Families under Florida Statutes section 20.1955

Establishes the trust fund to receive fees collected from the sale of firearms and ammunition by licensed dealers pursuant to section 790.065(14)

Automatically terminates the trust fund on July 1, 2017, unless terminated sooner, with a required review before the scheduled termination date

Takes effect contingent on HB 1209 or similar legislation being enacted in the same legislative session and becoming law, and requires a three-fifths vote of both houses of the Legislature to pass
