Amends chapter 72-666, Laws of Florida to update terminology and revise provisions governing the Pinellas Police Standards Council.

Changes council chairperson title from "chairman" to "chairperson" and updates gender-neutral language throughout the statute.

Renames the Police Applicant Screening Services (PASS) to Public Safety Applicant Screening Service (PSASS).

Changes funding mechanism for the council from a fixed $2 court cost to a variable amount set by council resolution that does not exceed the amount specified in s. 318.18(11)(b), Florida Statutes.

Expands the council's authority to provide applicant screening and testing services beyond law enforcement to include corrections officers, firefighters, emergency medical technicians, paramedics, dispatchers, and other public safety positions.
