Deletes quarterly reporting requirements that previously required home health agencies to submit data on insulin-dependent diabetic patients receiving insulin-injection services, patients receiving both home health and hospice services, total patients served, and nurse names/license numbers earning over $25,000 per quarter.

Renumbers existing administrative penalty provisions in Florida Statutes section 400.474(6) due to the removal of the quarterly reporting requirement, shifting subsections (f) through (k) to become (f) through (l).

Maintains all other administrative penalties for home health agencies, including prohibitions on improper remuneration, cash payments to beneficiaries, multiple medical director contracts, and billing for medically unnecessary services.

Takes effect July 1, 2013.
