• Deletes provisions allowing the state land planning agency, regional planning agencies, or local governments to petition the Administration Commission to increase or decrease numerical thresholds for development-of-regional-impact review

• Renumbers subsections (4) through (29) of section 380.06 as subsections (3) through (28), and deletes or modifies specific provisions related to threshold variations, binding letters, and development procedures

• Conforms cross-references throughout multiple Florida Statutes sections (125.68, 163.3184, 163.3245, 189.415, 252.363, 369.307, 373.414, 380.061, 380.0651, 380.11, 380.115, and 403.524) to reflect the renumbering of subsections
