Amends section 765.51551, Florida Statutes, which exempts information from the statewide organ and tissue donor registry that identifies donors from public record requirements.

Removes the scheduled repeal date of October 2, 2013, making the public records exemption permanent rather than subject to sunset review.

Eliminates the requirement for the legislature to review and reenact the exemption to prevent it from being repealed.

Takes effect October 1, 2013.
