Amends Florida Statutes section 627.3518 to exempt proprietary business information submitted by insurers to the Citizens Property Insurance Corporation's policyholder eligibility clearinghouse program from public records disclosure requirements.

Defines "proprietary business information" as information owned or controlled by an insurer that the insurer treats as private, is not readily publicly available, and includes trade secrets and competitive information related to risk identification and selection for coverage offers.

Allows the clearinghouse to disclose exempt proprietary information only with the insurer's prior written consent, pursuant to a court order, or to other state or federal agencies that agree in writing to maintain confidentiality.

Makes the exemption subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and automatically repeals it on October 2, 2018, unless the Legislature reenacts it.

Takes effect on the same date as CS/HB 7093 or similar legislation creating the clearinghouse program, if adopted in the same legislative session and becomes law.
