Creates a public records exemption for educator-specific student learning growth data held by the Department of Education or school districts used in educator evaluations under section 1012.34

Exempts the data from public disclosure until completion of the third school year following the school year in which the evaluation was completed

Defines "educator" as instructional personnel and school administrators

Permits disclosure of exempt data in four circumstances: when required by federal or state law or court order, to other governmental entities for required duties, with written educator consent, or to organizations conducting research for the department or school district

Subjects the exemption to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and repeals on October 2, 2018, unless reenacted by the Legislature
