Recognizes March 30, 2013, as "Welcome Home Vietnam Veterans Day" in Florida.

Commemorates the 40th anniversary of the completion of U.S. combat troop withdrawal from Vietnam on March 30, 1973, following the Treaty of Paris signed on January 27, 1973.

Honors the more than 58,000 U.S. Armed Forces members who died and more than 300,000 who were wounded during the Vietnam War (1961-1975).

Acknowledges that returning Vietnam veterans faced public controversy and divisive debate about U.S. involvement in the war upon their return home.
