Designates July 27 and 28, 2013, as "Florida Family Golf Days" in recognition of golf's importance to the state's economy and families.

Florida's golf industry generated $7.5 billion in direct economic impact in 2007 and $13.8 billion in indirect economic benefits, employing 167,000 Floridians with a $4.7 billion annual payroll.

Florida hosts more than 1,200 public and private golf courses generating $3.4 billion in revenues, more than all other spectator sports combined, and will host 14 professional golf championships in 2013.

Florida's golf industry contributes more than $312 million annually to charitable organizations including Miami Children's Hospital, the Make-A-Wish Foundation, and the American Red Cross.

Directs the House to present a copy of this resolution to the affiliated organizations of the World Golf Foundation as recognition of golf's impact on quality of life, youth development, and the state's tourism brand.
