Designates April 8, 2013, as "Holocaust Remembrance Day" in Florida, aligned with the federal observance of Yom HaShoah.

Acknowledges that the Holocaust (1933-1945) resulted in the murder of six million Jews by Nazi Germany and its collaborators.

Recognizes that Roma, Poles, persons with disabilities, homosexuals, Jehovah's Witnesses, Soviet prisoners of war, and political dissidents also suffered persecution and death under Nazi tyranny.

Encourages Florida citizens to rededicate themselves to principles of human dignity and individual freedom to ensure such atrocities are never repeated.
