Designates April 3, 2013, as "Legal Aid Day" in Florida to honor the contributions of Florida Legal Services and legal aid attorneys and staff.

Recognizes Florida Legal Services, formed in 1973, as the lead organization providing civil legal assistance to vulnerable citizens across all 67 Florida counties through direct representation, advocacy, and coordination of local legal aid offices.

Acknowledges legal aid efforts to secure protections for Medicaid recipients, welfare-to-work programs, day-labor operations, homeless individuals, residential tenants, and restrictions on predatory lending and title loan reforms.

Directs that copies of the resolution be distributed to each legal aid and service attorney in the state as recognition of their commitment to guaranteeing access to justice for all Floridians.
