Commends the Boy Scouts of America and its nine Florida councils for their distinguished service to the youth and citizens of Florida in recognition of the organization's 103rd anniversary.

Notes that the Scouting movement was founded in England in 1907 by Lord Robert Baden-Powell and the Boy Scouts of America was incorporated on February 8, 1910, and received a federal charter on June 15, 1916.

Recognizes that the nine Florida councils serve hundreds of thousands of young Floridians ages 7-20 through Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, Venturing, and Exploring and Learning for Life programs.

Highlights that Scouts nationwide contributed 13,449,017 community service hours in 2012 and provided $293 million in service to communities through projects including Scouting for Food, Habitat for Humanity, and other initiatives.

Requires copies of the resolution be presented to the Scout executive of each Florida council of the Boy Scouts of America as a token of the sentiments expressed.
