Authorizes Florida College System institutions and school districts to report students as enrolled in adult education programs for funding purposes when the student is simultaneously enrolled in both K-12 and adult education programs.

Allows institutions and school districts to report students for funding in up to two courses when the student is coenrolled in core program areas (rather than specific curricula courses) for credit recovery or dropout prevention, provided the student does not have excessive absenteeism, habitual truancy, or a history of disruptive behavior.

Exempts eligible coenrolled students from paying block tuition fees for adult general education programs.

Requires the Department of Education to develop a list of courses designated as core courses for purposes of coenrollment.

Takes effect July 1, 2013.
