Creates section 871.015, F.S. to prohibit protest activities within 500 feet of funeral or burial locations during the service and 1 hour before and after.

Defines "funeral or burial" as services or ceremonies related to final disposition, memorialization, internment, entombment, or inurnment of human remains or cremated remains.

Defines "protest activities" as any action including picketing undertaken with intent to interrupt or disturb a funeral or burial.

Exempts protest activities that occur adjacent to portions of funeral processions extending beyond 500 feet from the property line of the funeral or burial location.

Establishes violation as a first-degree misdemeanor punishable under sections 775.082 or 775.083, effective October 1, 2013.
