Repeals Section 3 of chapter 2010-52, Laws of Florida, which previously contained a future repeal provision for the Interstate Compact statutes.

Sections 1000.36, 1000.37, 1000.38, and 1000.39, Florida Statutes (relating to the Interstate Compact on Educational Opportunity for Military Children) shall be repealed 3 years after the act's effective date unless the Legislature reenacts them.

Appropriates $42,813 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Education for the 2013-14 fiscal year to pay the state's dues to the Interstate Commission on Educational Opportunity for Military Children.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
