Re-creates the Transportation Revenue Bond Trust Fund within the Department of Transportation (FLAIR number 55-2-734), which was scheduled for termination under the State Constitution on July 1, 2014

Repeals subsection (4) of section 339.0815, Florida Statutes, which contained provisions relating to the trust fund's termination

Legislature finds that the trust fund continues to meet an important public purpose and that existing public policy provides adequate parameters for its use

Effective date is July 1, 2013
