Terminates the Florida Forever Program Trust Fund (FLAIR number 20-2-349) within the Department of Environmental Protection.

Transfers all current balances, revenues, and outstanding appropriations from the terminated fund to the Florida Forever Trust Fund (FLAIR number 20-2-348).

Requires the Department of Environmental Protection to pay outstanding debts or obligations and directs the Chief Financial Officer to close out the fund using generally accepted accounting principles.

Repeals section 380.5115, Florida Statutes, which previously governed the Florida Forever Program Trust Fund.

Amends section 259.101 to permit revenues from land disposals in the Preservation 2000 program to be deposited into either the Florida Preservation 2000 Trust Fund or the Florida Forever Trust Fund.

Takes effect July 1, 2013.
