Prohibits protest activities within 500 feet of any residence, cemetery, funeral home, house of worship, or other location where a funeral, burial, or memorial service is occurring.

Extends the prohibition to 1 hour before and 1 hour after the conducting of a funeral, burial, or memorial service.

Defines "protest activities" as any action including picketing undertaken with the intent to interrupt or disturb a funeral, burial, or memorial service.

Establishes violation as a first-degree misdemeanor, punishable under Florida Statutes sections 775.082 or 775.083.

Effective October 1, 2013.
