Establishes the Florida Law Enforcement Officers' Hall of Fame to recognize law enforcement officers who have made significant contributions to public safety in Florida during or following their service.

Designates the Plaza Level of the Capitol Building as the location for the Hall of Fame, with the Department of Management Services setting aside an appropriate public area in consultation with the Department of Law Enforcement.

Requires the Department of Law Enforcement to annually accept recommendations from law enforcement organizations including the Police Benevolent Association and select nominees to forward to the Governor and Cabinet for final induction decisions.

Gives preference in recommendations to law enforcement officers who were born in Florida or adopted Florida as their home state.

Authorizes the Department of Law Enforcement to establish nomination procedures, timeline criteria, and conduct formal induction ceremonies, with no state appropriation of funds required.
