Deletes obsolete reference to the Department of Citrus office location at Lakeland in section 601.152, requiring that proposed marketing orders be made available at department offices at least 5 days before hearings.

Reverts references in section 601.9918 from the Department of Agriculture back to the Department of Citrus regarding rules for issuance and use of symbols, certification marks, service marks, and trademarks.

Reverts references in section 601.992 from the Department of Agriculture back to the Department of Citrus regarding collection of dues and payments on behalf of nonprofit corporations engaged in citrus market news and grower education.

Applies amendments to sections 601.9918 and 601.992 retroactively to July 1, 2012, and continues pre-existing Department of Citrus rules in effect on that date.

Requires repeal of any rules adopted by the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to implement sections 601.9918 or 601.992 between July 1, 2012, and the effective date of this act.
