Amends s. 741.313, F.S. to make clarifying changes to public records exemptions for agency employees who are victims of domestic violence or sexual violence

Personal identifying information contained in records documenting domestic violence or sexual violence submitted by an agency employee to an agency remains confidential and exempt from public disclosure

Written requests for leave submitted by agency employees under this section and related agency time sheets are confidential and exempt from public disclosure until 1 year after the leave has been taken

Removes the scheduled repeal date of October 2, 2013 that was subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act, making the exemptions permanent

Takes effect October 1, 2013
