Creates exemption from public records disclosure for names of spouses and children of active or former sworn or civilian law enforcement personnel, including correctional officers, and specified personnel from the Department of Children and Families, Department of Health, and Department of Revenue or local governments involved in revenue or child support enforcement.

Creates exemption from public records disclosure for names of spouses and children of current or former state attorneys, assistant state attorneys, statewide prosecutors, and assistant statewide prosecutors.

Exemptions apply to both Florida Statutes section 119.07(1) and Article I, section 24(a) of the State Constitution regarding public records access.

The exemptions for names of spouses and children of law enforcement personnel and prosecutors are subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and will automatically repeal on October 2, 2018, unless reenacted by the Legislature.

Effective date is October 1, 2013.
