Limits coverage on mobile homes or manufactured homes built before 1994 to actual cash value rather than replacement costs.

Modifies the Florida Mobile Home Relocation Trust Fund distribution process to require quarterly transfers of approved operating budgets from the department to the Florida Mobile Home Relocation Corporation.

Establishes procedures for the corporation to request periodic fund transfers from the trust fund for mobile home owner relocation payments, with the department required to process requests within 5 business days if documentation is complete and funds are available.
