Defines "veterans' organization" as a nonprofit entity that serves purposes including assisting disabled veterans, providing care to hospitalized service members, and conducting charitable or educational programs.

Prohibits business entities from advertising or representing themselves as veterans' organizations unless they meet the statutory definition, with violations treated as violations of the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act.

Authorizes qualified veterans' organizations whose membership is limited to past or present service members and their families to bring civil actions for declaratory judgments and injunctions against entities falsely claiming to be veterans' organizations.

Makes knowingly and intentionally misrepresenting oneself as a veterans' organization a first-degree misdemeanor.

Amends section 817.312 to prohibit misrepresentation as a service member or veteran and wearing unauthorized military uniforms, medals, or insignia while soliciting charitable contributions or for material gain, with exceptions for theatrical professionals.
