Amends s. 817.355 to create enhanced penalties for fraudulent creation or possession of admission tickets: second or subsequent violations become felonies of the third degree with fines up to $10,000, instead of first-degree misdemeanors.

Creates new felony offense for counterfeiting, forging, altering, or possessing 10 or more tickets with intent to defraud, punishable as a third-degree felony with fines up to $10,000.

Amends s. 817.361 to define "multiuse ticket," "issuer," and "theme park complex" (at least 25 acres with rides or recreational activities owned by same entity).

Prohibits fraudulent repurchase of multiuse tickets and clarifies that multiuse tickets are nontransferable unless marked "may be used by more than one person" on the ticket or stated on issuer's website.

Escalates penalties for resale or repurchase violations: first offense becomes first-degree misdemeanor with fines up to $10,000; second or subsequent offenses become third-degree felonies with fines up to $10,000.

Takes effect July 1, 2013.
