Authorizes insurers to post property and casualty insurance policies and endorsements on their websites instead of mailing or delivering them, provided the policies do not contain personally identifiable information.

Requires insurers to keep policies and endorsements easily accessible on their websites while in force and archive expired policies for at least 5 years after expiration.

Mandates that posted policies be downloadable and savable using free, widely available Internet programs or applications.

Requires insurers to notify insureds when issuing or renewing policies that they may request free paper or electronic copies, and to notify insureds of policy form changes with the same right to request copies.

Requires each declarations page to clearly identify the specific policy form and endorsement forms purchased by the insured.

Takes effect July 1, 2013.
