Creates the "Cancer Treatment Fairness Act" requiring individual and group health insurance policies and HMO contracts that cover cancer treatment medications to provide coverage for orally administered cancer medications on terms no less favorable than intravenously or injected cancer medications, effective January 1, 2014.

Prohibits insurers and HMOs from varying policy terms, imposing treatment limitations, or providing incentives to discourage use of orally administered cancer medications as a method to avoid compliance with the act.

Prohibits insurers and HMOs from penalizing health care practitioners or reducing their compensation for recommending or providing required cancer treatment services, and prohibits offering incentives to providers to deliver non-compliant care.

Prohibits changing the classification or increasing cost-sharing amounts for intravenous or injected cancer treatment medications that were in effect on July 1, 2013, to circumvent compliance with the act.

Amends section 627.6515 to require out-of-state group policies covering Florida residents to include the cancer treatment parity protections specified in the new legislation.
