Agency for Health Care Administration shall contract with one not-for-profit hospice organization with more than 30 years' experience to provide PACE services in Citrus, Hernando, and Pasco Counties, exempting it from chapter 641, Florida Statutes requirements.

Agency for Health Care Administration shall contract with one private health care organization whose sole member is a not-for-profit corporation owning and managing licensed health care organizations providing comprehensive services including hospice and palliative care in Citrus, Hernando, and Pasco Counties, exempting it from chapter 641, Florida Statutes requirements.

Agency shall approve up to 150 initial enrollees in each PACE program established by the organizations, subject to federal approval and available appropriation, in consultation with the Department of Elderly Affairs.

Effective date is July 1, 2013.
