Amends s. 765.51551, Florida Statutes to permanently save a public records exemption for personal identifying information of donors in the Joshua Abbott Organ and Tissue Registry from repeal under the Open Government Sunset Review Act.

Maintains confidentiality of donor registry information, allowing disclosure only to certified procurement organizations and bona fide researchers who submit research plans and agree to maintain confidentiality.

Removes the scheduled October 2, 2013 repeal date that would have eliminated the exemption if not reenacted by the Legislature.

Makes a technical change replacing "that" with "which" in subsection (2)(b)(1) regarding research plan submissions.

Takes effect October 1, 2013.
