Amends s. 292.055, F.S. to save donor and prospective donor confidentiality exemptions from repeal under the Open Government Sunset Review Act by removing the scheduled October 2, 2013 repeal date.

Clarifies that any information identifying a donor or prospective donor to the Department of Veterans' Affairs direct-support organization who wishes to remain anonymous is confidential and exempt from public records requirements under s. 119.07(1) and Article I, Section 24(a) of the State Constitution.

Exempts portions of direct-support organization meetings during which the identity of a confidential donor or prospective donor is discussed from public meetings requirements under s. 286.011 and Article I, Section 24(b) of the State Constitution.

Removes superfluous language from the existing exemption provisions while maintaining the substantive protections for donor confidentiality.

Takes effect October 1, 2013.
