Designates September as "American Founders' Month" in Florida, allowing the Governor to annually issue a proclamation urging civic, educational, and religious organizations to recognize the occasion.

Requires district school boards to celebrate American Founders' Month by observing the month in September and allows coordination with Celebrate Freedom Week.

Authorizes instruction during American Founders' Month focusing on founding figures, their virtues, founding documents (Declaration of Independence, Constitution, Bill of Rights, Federalist Papers), and principles such as individual freedom, limited government, and natural rights.

Permits instruction to be integrated into existing curriculum through supplemented lesson plans, school assemblies, or school-related activities.

Changes the distribution requirement in existing law to specify that school administrators and instructional personnel receive a copy of the statute at the beginning of each school year.
