Extends the deadline for emergency medical technician and paramedic certification exam completion from 1 year to 2 years after program completion.

Updates curriculum references to align with the EMT-Basic National Standard Curriculum, EMT-Paramedic National Standard Curriculum, and National EMS Education Standards instead of specific course titles.
