Amends eligibility requirements for Florida Medallion Scholars awards under the Florida Bright Futures Scholarship Program by revising national examination score thresholds.

Maintains SAT score requirement of 1020 (51st percentile) or concordant ACT score of 22 for high school students graduating in 2012-2013 and extends this requirement to all subsequent years.

Eliminates the previously scheduled increase to SAT score of 1170 (75th percentile) or ACT score of 26 that was set to take effect for students graduating in 2013-2014 and thereafter.

Preserves higher SAT score requirement of 1070 or ACT score of 23 for homeschooled students without documented college-preparatory curriculum.

Takes effect July 1, 2013.
