Revises the Florida Arbitration Code to the "Revised Florida Arbitration Code" effective July 1, 2013, with updated definitions, procedures, and requirements for arbitration agreements and proceedings.

Establishes that courts decide whether arbitration agreements exist and disputes are subject to arbitration, while arbitrators decide contractual enforceability and conditions precedent to arbitrability.

Creates new provisions allowing parties to seek provisional remedies in court before arbitrators are appointed, requires arbitrators to disclose conflicts of interest, and grants arbitrators authority to permit discovery and depositions.

Specifies grounds for vacating arbitration awards including corruption, fraud, evident partiality, misconduct, exceeding powers, and lack of proper notice; establishes 90-day filing deadline for motions.

Excludes child custody, visitation, and child support disputes from arbitration; applies the revised code retroactively to agreements made before July 1, 2013 only if all parties agree in writing by June 30, 2016.
