Creates exemption from public records requirements for criminal intelligence and investigative information revealing the identity of human trafficking victims or photographs/images of trafficking victims' bodies.

Prohibits public employees and officers from willfully and knowingly disclosing identifying information (name, address, photograph) of alleged human trafficking victims to anyone not assisting in investigation or prosecution.

Extends existing confidentiality protections for sexual offense victims to also cover victims of human trafficking under section 787.06(3)(a), (d), (f), (g), or (h).

Allows law enforcement disclosure of victim information only for official duties, to assist in locating missing or endangered persons, or to other governmental agencies performing official functions.

Exemptions are subject to Open Government Sunset Review Act and expire October 2, 2018, unless reenacted by the Legislature; effective date July 1, 2013.
