Expands the definition of "sexual abuse of a child" to include sex trafficking under s. 787.06(3)(g) or (h), in addition to existing provisions under s. 796.035.

Raises the age threshold for closed circuit television testimony from children under 16 to children younger than 18 years of age who are victims or witnesses, when substantial likelihood of emotional or mental harm is found.

Authorizes the state to use a pseudonym instead of a victim's name in court records for human trafficking victims under s. 787.06(3)(g) or (h), in addition to existing sexual offense and child exploitation crimes.

Requires the Department of Legal Affairs to issue and maintain pseudonyms for exploited children civil remedy claims, which must be recognized as valid legal identity in all Florida courts.

Effective date: July 1, 2013.
