Amends section 322.142 of Florida Statutes to authorize justices, judges, and designated court employees to access driver license image reproductions for official court work.

Establishes that designations for court employee access to driver license images must be made in writing by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court or chief judges of district or circuit courts.

Includes government employees performing functions on behalf of the state courts system in positions designated in writing for such access.

Clarifies that driver license image reproductions remain exempt from public records disclosure under section 119.07(1) and establishes specific authorized uses by various state agencies.

Takes effect July 1, 2013.
