Repeals 10 expired statutory provisions that have become inoperative due to noncurrent repeal or expiration, including sections related to tax credits, fund transfers, and program requirements.

Deletes subsection (3) of section 206.608 regarding tax proceeds transfer to the State Transportation Trust Fund for fiscal year 2011-2012 only, which expired July 1, 2012.

Repeals section 220.1896 relating to the Jobs for the Unemployed Tax Credit Program, which expired June 30, 2012.

Removes expired provisions from sections 253.034, 332.007, 339.08, 401.465, 406.61, 946.515, and 1010.10 that had sunset dates between January 1, 2012 and July 1, 2012.

Amends sections 215.555, 339.135, 394.908, 893.055, and 220.02 to delete expired subprovisions and conform cross-references to reflect the repealed sections.
