Amends Florida law regarding uninsured motorist insurance coverage to specify that when a named insured, applicant, or lessee signs a form accepting non-stacking limitations, this acceptance is conclusively presumed to apply to all insureds covered under the policy.

Non-stacking limitations prevent coverage from multiple vehicles from being combined to increase the insurance limit available for a single accident.

Requires insurers to provide office-approved forms informing policyholders of non-stacking limitations and that such coverage is an alternative to coverage without these limitations.

Mandates that insurers filing non-stacking limitation policies must offer at least a 20 percent reduction in uninsured motorist coverage premiums compared to standard coverage.

Initial acceptance of non-stacking limitations automatically applies to any policy that renews, extends, changes, supersedes, or replaces the existing policy unless the named insured requests deletion and pays the appropriate additional premium.
