Prohibits insurers, including Citizens Property Insurance Corporation, from nonrenewing property insurance policies based on sinkhole loss claims if total payments do not equal or exceed the policy's coverage limits for property damage.

Prevents nonrenewal when a policyholder repairs the structure according to engineering recommendations provided by the insurer, even if repair costs exceed policy limits and the policyholder pays the difference.

Allows insurers to nonrenew a policy only if the insurer pays the full policy limits and the policyholder fails to make the required repairs.

Applies to property insurance policies in Florida as of the loss date.
