Creates section 916.1065, Florida Statutes to make forensic behavioral health evaluations filed with courts confidential and exempt from public disclosure under the Florida Constitution.

Defines "forensic behavioral health evaluation" as any record derived from competency, substance abuse, psychosexual, psychological, psychiatric, psychosocial, cognitive impairment, sanity, or other mental health evaluations of an individual.

Establishes public necessity for confidentiality based on privacy rights, preventing reputational damage, and avoiding a chilling effect on mental health experts conducting court-ordered evaluations.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
