Restricts "supervisory appraiser" definition to certified residential appraisers or certified general appraisers, removing licensed appraisers from this category.

Limits registered trainee appraiser compensation to only certified appraisers, removing licensed appraisers as authorized compensation sources.

Updates appraisal qualification requirements to reference the Appraiser Qualifications Board standards adopted on December 9, 2011, replacing the February 20, 2004 version, effective January 1, 2014.
