Amends Florida Statutes Section 73.013 to create an exception to restrictions on eminent domain conveyance of property.

Permits condemning authorities to convey property without restriction if the property was condemned pursuant to a noise mitigation or noise compatibility program at an airport governed by Federal Aviation Administration requirements.

Applies the exception when property is deemed incompatible with residential land use under the standards provided in 14 C.F.R. part 150.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
