Establishes uniform reporting requirements for public and private animal shelters and animal control agencies that euthanize animals under Florida law.

Requires monthly and annual statistical reports tracking dogs and cats by intake categories (stray, confiscated, relinquished, transferred, etc.) and disposition outcomes (adopted, returned to owner, euthanized, transferred, etc.).

Mandates reports be posted online on the shelter's or controlling government website within 5 business days after the end of each calendar month and made available in hard copy.

Requires the director of each shelter or animal control agency to sign reports certifying they are true and accurate.

Takes effect July 1, 2013.
