Increases the percentage of annual use fees from the Florida Salutes Veterans license plate distributed to a direct support organization from 10 percent to 20 percent

Removes the 48-month time limit that previously restricted how long a direct support organization could receive these distributions

Directs remaining fees after the direct support organization distribution to the State Homes for Veterans Trust Fund, to be administered by the Department of Veterans' Affairs

Requires remaining fees be used solely for constructing, operating, and maintaining domiciliary and nursing homes for veterans and for promotion and marketing of the license plate

Effective date: July 1, 2013
