Creates a for-credit high school college and career readiness course that school districts must offer to 11th and 12th grade students to prepare them for college, trade industries, or military service.

Requires the Department of Education to develop course frameworks and professional development materials, with courses taught by trained teachers or school counselors.

Mandates students take an interest assessment as early as 9th grade and develop a personalized curriculum plan with parent and school counselor input before enrolling in the course.

Specifies course curriculum must include activities such as researching college admissions, completing financial aid applications (FAFSA and Bright Futures), learning personal finance, writing resumes, practicing interviews, and finalizing a postsecondary education and career readiness plan.

Requires schools to hold parent meetings during evening and weekend hours to review assessment results and recommend curriculum plans, with curriculum plan not precluding completion of high school core graduation requirements.
