Establishes the Community Health Worker Task Force within a state college or university with 12 members representing the Senate, House, Governor's office, community health workers, and the Florida Community Health Worker Coalition.

Defines community health workers as trusted front-line health care workers who serve as liaisons between health services and communities to improve access, provide culturally appropriate education, and coordinate care for underserved populations.

Requires the task force to develop recommendations for integrating community health workers into Medicaid reform, health care navigation services, and health care delivery teams at community health centers.

Tasks the committee with collaborating on standardizing qualifications and skills for community health workers employed in state-supported health care programs.

Requires the task force to submit a report by June 30, 2014, to the Governor and Legislature with findings and recommendations, with the task force automatically repealing on December 1, 2014.
