Designates the act as "The Jim Tillman Act" and relates to recreational vehicle parks in Florida.

Defines "occupancy" as the length of time a recreational vehicle is occupied by a transient guest, not the duration the vehicle sits on a leased site; permits storage and tie-downs without rendering the vehicle a permanent part of the site.

Establishes that separation distances between recreational vehicle sites and setback distances from property boundaries must remain as originally approved by the department and local government.

Preserves the applicability of uniform firesafety standards under section 633.022 to recreational vehicle parks.

Repeals section 513.111, Florida Statutes, concerning posting of site rental rates, advertising, and penalties; takes effect July 1, 2013.
